Q- Is there a minimum or maximum hourly booking?
A- You can book for a minimum of 1 hour and initially a maximum of 8 hours, although this can be extended by arrangement.
Q- What is the difference in booking for more than 1 person?
A- The difference is simply cost. It is obviously more cost effective to book for more than 1 person, but the choice is entirely yours, as we aim to offer a very personalised service.
Q- .How far can I travel?
A- We do not have any set limit, subject to the hours booked. To cover the cost of travel, a very moderate mileage contribution is applied.
Q- What type of assistance and vehicle do you provide?
A- We provide you a qualified, experienced Personal Assistant, who has cared for clients from all age groups, with varying degrees of disabilities and has a lot of experience caring for clients with dementia. Your vehicle will have the capacity to take a maximum of 3 clients, including capacity for a wheelchair user.
Q-What notice do you require for bookings?
A- We have no set notice period for bookings, but to avoid disappointment, it is always best to book giving reasonable notice.
